- For the reservation of a room, a 25% deposit of the total amount is required.
- The reservation is valid for the number of people listed in the reservation confirmation. If there are extra persons, we reserve the right to charge an extra 25% per person.
- Time of arrival / check in from 14:00 pm.
- Time of departure / check out before 12:00 am.
- Check out between 12:00 pm and 18:00 pm costs 50% of daily rent.
- Departure after 18:00 pm costs a total daily rent.
- Departure earlier of the scheduled date is charged with 50% of rest nights.
- The cancellation notice must be given at least 21 days before your arrival, so the advance can be refunded. If cancellation is notified within 21 days from the scheduled date of arrival, the advance is not returned.
